Recientemente Jetsmart Argentina recibió dos aeronaves Airbus A-320, matriculadas LV-KFX y LV-KGO. Fargosi Abogados, a través de Diego Fargosi Bond y Gaston Voskian, intervino en la operación en representación de CALC (China Aircraft Leasing Group) como expertos en legislación y regulación argentina. CALC fue asesorada en la transacción por Watson, Farley & Williams desde su oficina en Paris.
Recently Jetsmart Argentina received two leased Airbus A-320 aircraft, registered LV-KFX and LV-KGO. Fargosi Abogados, through Diego Fargosi Bond and Gaston Voskian, advised CALC (China Aircraft Leasing Group) as Argentine law and regulation experts. Watson, Farley and Williams´ Paris office advised CALC in the transaction.
