FTAI Aviation entregó en leasing a Flybondi dos Boeing 737-800 que recibieron la matricula argentina LV-KEG y LV-KEF. La primer aeronave fue entregada en noviembre y la segunda unos días atrás. Fargosi Abogados intervino en la operación como expertos en legislación y regulación argentina en representación de FTAI, quien fue asesorada en la transacción por Gibson, Dunn & Cutcher desde su oficina en Washington D.C.
Con estas dos, en 2022 Fargosi Abogados asesoró en un total de nueve contratos sobre aeronaves, incluyendo Boeing 737´s, Airbus 320´s y ATR-72´s.
Flybondi took delivery of two leased Boeing 737-800 from FTAI Aviation. The aircraft received Argentine registrations LV-KEG and LV-KEF and were delivered in November 2022 and last week respectively. Fargosi Abogados advised FTAI as Argentine law and regulations experts. Washington DC´s office of Gibson, Dunn & Cutcher advised FTAI in the transaction.
With these two leases, Fargosi Abogados advised as Argentine counsels in a total of nine aircraft agreements during 2022, including Airbus 320´s, Boeing 737´s and ATR-72´s.
